What we do
- Perform scheduled visits per an agreed checklist.
- Document observations and photos in a visit report.
- Help initiate remediation conversations with the property owner when issues are found, as scoped.
Limitations
- Visits are periodic, not continuous on-site security or surveillance.
- Findings are based on reasonable visual inspection at the time of visit; hidden or intermittent defects may not be visible.
- Access methods, insurance status, and exact service boundaries will be stated in the client agreement.
