Baselines matter
Every property has a normal state: which doors are locked, how rooms look, which lights stay off. We check against that baseline.
Red flags we document
- Unlocked or ajar doors and windows
- Signs of forced entry or tampering
- Utilities or systems that look disturbed
- Anything that breaks the property’s normal pattern
Photos when something changed
By default we send a plain report when everything is nominal. We take photos when something failed a check, changed from the baseline, or looks like trouble. You can request always-on photos if you prefer.
