Grand Strand Home Watch runs scheduled interior and exterior checks against your property’s baseline: doors and windows, water and climate cues, and anything that looks out of the ordinary. You get a digital report after each visit. If we see something, we report it immediately.

We monitor and report. We do not place tenants, collect rent, or run a rental program. You stay in control of remediation and vendor decisions.
